艾尔文和花栗鼠的内容简介

继那只脾气坏又好吃懒作的加菲猫搞出了一大堆是是非非之后，大银幕上的新一代宠儿由三只古灵精怪的花栗鼠接手……故事开始于一个生活在洛杉矶、雄心勃勃却又怀才不遇的词曲作家戴夫所面对的一系列窘境，他的制作人伊恩对于他的作品和女友克莱尔似乎都不甚满意，也缺乏耐心，所以干脆“冷藏”了他，对他不闻不问。就在戴夫几乎放弃了所有的希望之时，却突然在自家的厨房听到了轻快的节奏，循着声音，他找到了艾尔文、西奥多和西蒙--三只在厨房偷吃、却绝对拥有着与众不同的才能的花栗鼠。
让戴夫差点惊掉了下巴的是，这些厚颜无耻跑到他家找能吃的东西的花栗鼠，不但说着一口流利的英语，竟然还会唱歌，而且颇有音乐天赋……它们自顾自地在戴夫的住所安了家，成了这个冷清的屋子里的新宠物，吃饱住好的同时，顺便帮助戴夫创作了几首全新的圣诞歌曲，共同演奏给伊恩听。
不幸的是，同样觉得花栗鼠会唱歌很神奇的伊恩，还看到一条财源滚滚的致富之路，他为三只花栗鼠进行了最有效的包装和宣传，然后展开了世界范围内的巡演，给它们安排了大量的工作，心中盘算的是要如何奴役它们，才能给自己带来最大的经济效应。为了让自己心中的计划一路畅通无阻，伊恩借故成功地将一直保护着花栗鼠的戴夫赶出门外，让他没办法再度参与进来。那么，我们可爱的花栗鼠能在人类的贪婪中生存下来吗?大卫又能否拯救这三只帮他赶走了孤独的伙伴，赶在金钱至上的伊恩造成永久的伤害之前?其实答案，早在我们走进电影院之前，就已经非常明确了。

《怪医杜立德》（Doctor Dolittle）导演贝蒂·托马斯（Betty Thomas）已经签约执导根据上世纪80年美国NBC电视台同名动画片改编的《艾尔文与花栗鼠2》（Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel），20世纪福克斯公司和Regency将继续制作这部续集。

除贾斯汀·朗（Justin Long）、马修·格雷·库伯勒（Matthew Gray Gubler）、杰西·麦卡尼（Jesse McCartney）将再次为三只会唱歌的小花栗鼠配音外，制片人Ross Bagdasarian Jr.还透漏，续集里三只小鼠将去上学，并遇到了三位伴侣Brittany, Eleanor和Jeannette，这三只雌性小角色将会带来许多欢乐以及好听的歌曲，其实早在80年代的动画片中她们就亮相过。德鲁·巴里摩尔（Drew Barrymore）、麦莉·赛勒斯（Miley Cyrus）和女歌手JoJo有望为花栗鼠的伴侣们配音。

此外，第一部里的男主人公扮演者杰森·李（Jason Lee）可能由于参演美剧《愚人善事》（My Name Is Earl）的档期，不会加盟续集。
